The “Bear” has been part of the Apple Creek landscape since 1968. The name comes from the local high school mascot, the Waynedale Golden Bears. The "Bear" was purchased in July of 2009 by Debbie and Denny Bergeron, and while we are considered new owners of the "Bear," Debbie's family has been in the ice cream business for 60 years!Our philosphy is to keep trying new things while maintaining our current menu with quality ingredients and great flavor. Our customers and the community are very important to us, and we thank all of you for your support.
