DFI specializes in semi-production castings with a no-bake air set sand molding process. Decatur Foundry provides solutions to our customers’ needs with parts requiring complex molding and coring, short-run or initial prototype casting, and pattern conversion or construction. As a testament to our flexibility, we are able to produce finished castings ranging from 50 to 15,000 pounds in a variety of grades for both gray and ductile types of cast iron.
