Dharma Health Institute offers Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Yoga Therapy classes as well as Acupuncture and other holistic wellness services to the community. Holistic health services include Hyperbaric oxygen, Infrared Sauna and ECP (External Counterpulsation), neuroplasticity, acupressure, acupuncture, and nutrition guidance. Master Zi is a unique practitioner that customizes sessions for the client and utilizes his engineering, martial arts and medical background to seamlessly create a path of health and wellbeing for you. Given the number of services offered at the institute, customized treatment protocols are created for individuals looking to lose weight, improve their cardiovascular health, decrease stress, and improve their quality of life. If you are currently recovering from a chronic disease or undergoing chemotherapy and radiation, the various services offered at the institute help with both recovery and overall well being during and after treatment. We also now offer Reiki for Kids and Toddler Creative Movement classes.
