Di Carlo's Pizza

DiCarlo’s pizza has been a local favorite to Virden and many surrounding communities since 1976.
Salvatore and Vita DiCarlo were married in January of 1976 in St Louis, MO and shortly after moved to Virden and opened DiCarlo’s Pizza in March of ‘76. Vita’s family started the family pizza operations in southern Illinois and shared their techniques with Sal and Vita who then formed their own techniques that have been enjoyed now, by many, for over 47 years.
