"Diesel Pizza established 2021 by Jason Brunetti (Brunetti Pizza NYC/Westhampton, Forbici Tampa, and J & Luigi in St. Pete) and Luca Marcato (Luca Restaurant/Cavatappo Grill UES NYC, Cavatappo Wine Bar UES NYC -Cavatappo Wine Bar Kips Bay NYC, Luca's Jazz Corner UES NYC). Jason and Luca are well-known restauranteurs who have tremendous experience in pizza and Italian food. Diesel Pizza has a state-of-the-art/one-of-a-kind brick oven by Marra Forni. The pizzeria will offer Neapolitan Style for dinner and New York by the slice for lunch. The menu also includes specialty sandwiches, salads, small plates, and desserts."
