The Greek word "opa" has a lot of different meanings. It's an exclamation that can be used in greeting, surprise, anticipation, or jubilation. For us, the passionate proclamation of "opa!" embodies the joy we feel about home cooking. Every dish at Dimitri's Opa Restaurant, whether it be Greek, Italian, or American, is a celebration of the way good food brings people together. It's a celebration our in-house chef has been perfecting since 1998 when we opened our doors in Chesterfield, before we brought our tradition to Auburn Hills.
