Donald P. Madsen, Attorney at Law, has been assisting his clients with Estate Planning (including Revocable Trusts, Wills, Durable Powers of Attorney, and Advance Health Care Directives), Conservatorships, Probate and Elder Law (including Medi-cal Planning) for the past seven years. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the California Bar Association and the Sacramento County Bar Association. He is a Bachelor of Science graduate from Brigham Young University and received his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, in Sacramento where he was recognized by the Sacramento County Estate Planning Council for his achievements. He is now a member of the Sacramento County Estate Planning Council and the Sacramento Forum of Planned Giving.
