Downtown Trini's and Margarita Joe’s

We started as a small 48 seat restaurant, under the ownership and operation of brothers, Trini and Joseph Paiz. With continued growth and popularity of the restaurant in 2000 we were able to purchase the real estate directly next to our existing building. This purchase allowed us to grow into our current 100 seat operation and expanded an 8 seat bar, now known as Margarita Joe’s.
