Dsasumo Thai & Sushi Restaurant

DSASUMO (Dah-sue-moh) was established in the fall of 2007. Don and Mo Hembree decided they would like to add a little variety (namely Thai and sushi) to Casper's dining choices. Sushi chef Goe has been with us from the beginning and is responsible for our fabulous sushi menu. He is constantly creating new and exciting delights. Thai chef Simon Nakhapreecha formerly head chef at Pechanga Resort in California is originally from Thailand. He has added some very exciting new dishes to our menu and lent his own special flair to our existing menu items.
