Due South Southern Cuisine

Once the concept of Due South was born, Chef Darryl Evans of The City Club of Buckhead began to develop a menu full of Contemporary Southern Cuisine. Not only has Chef Evans been preparing Southern Cuisine around Atlanta for more three decades, he was also the first African American member of the U.S. Culinary Olympics team in 1988 where he won two individual gold medals, one team gold medal and one team silver medal. Chef Donald Wilson, formerly of Landon’s Restaurant in Atlanta, has teamed up with Chef Evans to execute production of our fabulous Contemporary Southern Cuisine.Due South Southern Cuisine is truly where great Southern Food meets great Southern Hospitality!
