Edward-Elmhurst Health & Fitness - Naperville

In 1988, Edward Hospital was the first hospital in Dupage County to open a medically based fitness center. Edward Fitness & Health Centers has since opened a second location in Woodridge, Ill., in addition to its original location in Naperville, Ill. More than 12,000 members enjoy its state-of-the-art facilities, which include free weights, a running track, swimming and warm water therapy pools, treadmills and elliptical trainers. Edward Fitness & Health Centers also offers a variety of classes, including strength training, aerobics, spinning, tai chi and yoga. It is also kid friendly, providing babysitting for children up to two years old and kids exercise classes.
