Established in 1991.El Cerro Grande is owned by the Ibarra and Leon families, who emigrated from the small Mexican town of Degollado, Jalisco. It is a small town located in the central mountainous region of the state of Jalisco. The name "El Cerro Grande" is inspired by one of the big hills close to the Ibarra Family ranch, La Sangijuela. El Cerro Grande began as an idea to provide authentic quality Mexican food with exceptional and friendly service.
