We are not a Traditional Tex-Mex establishment. When you come to El Tiz, we don't serve up Chips and Salsa, instead you will be served a cup of our warming Black Bean Soup (Frijoles Charros). We are inspired by the Mexico street tacos using that as a point of reference, and very proud that we made "everything" fresh and from scratch not cutting corners serving everything cooked to order.
