Eleven Clinton – Smothered Blues was established with the vision to resurrect a true jazz supper club in the heart of downtown Newark. Eleven Clinton boasts a farm-to- table menu featuring home-style dishes with a Cajun flair, paired with exceptional service and “smothered” with live jazz performances. Executive Chef Dawn Tyson, culinary genius and published author, created a menu that combines flavors of southern-style comfort food with authentic Caribbean spices and tastes, prepared in a scratch kitchen with organic farm-to-table ingredients.
