Fernando Chaidez is a Certified Fitness Trainer/Instructor, Sports Nutritionist and Consultant. He is co-founder and current owner of Elite Body & Mind Fitness Boot Camp in Sylmar, Ca. His vast experience in Health and Fitness goes back to his 20 year career in the United States Marine Corps in which he assisted many Marines in achieving their fitness goals. He retired from the Marine Corps in the year 2000. Since then he has dedicated his time and effort to helping people (especially in the Hispanic community) achieve their health and fitness goals. As a Health and Fitness Consultant Fernando speaks to companies on the importance of healthy employees and how companies can greatly benefit from it.
