I find that sometimes people that don't have a business name registered with the city they work in, most times do stand up to there warranty cause they are not around long enough to fulfill this agreement, so if you get a contractor that gives you a cheep price most likely they are just getting your money and won't be available to fulfill any warranty, the job most likely isn't done correctly either. So please check on every contractor and make sure he or she is committed to their business!
