Welcome to Emma's Torch, a unique restaurant that serves New American cuisine cooked by new Americans. Emma's Torch empowers refugees through culinary training and helps them build new lives in their new communities. Our restaurant and your dining experience is part of our training program. Our students get valuable on-the-job work experience in our kitchen. Our seasonal New American cuisine is prepared using fresh, local ingredients. Our Culinary Director, Chef Alexander Harris, is an alum of Danny Meyer's Union Square Hospitality Group. We can't wait to welcome you!
