Explosive Mechanics

Explosive Mechanics is a gym specializing in athletic performance. We test our athletes monthly to make sure we are training for the desired result. If a place does not test, more than likely they are not producing. At Explosive Mechanics we use methods, biomechanical laws, and science in developing training.
