Extreme Boot Camp is designed around a six-week membership beginning with your Orientation which includes a weigh-in, measurements, body fat analysis, fitness-level test in and a thorough explanation of our champion nutrition program. Next is six weeks of classes, one hour per day, five days per week, with heavy focus on form. Classes may consist of: military exercise drills, calisthenics, resistance training, speed training, plyometrics, steep-hill drills, power yoga, mat palates, free-weight exercises, bands/tubes or Body Bars, ab and all-around core training, agility and power drills, partner drills and more! Each day is different, designed to work on various areas of the body to improve your overall health. At the end of six weeks we'll re-weigh, re-measure and re-test to get your session results. You'll be amazed at what you can accomplish in just six weeks! Finally, join us at your Graduation Celebration with friends and family to commend your hard work and accomplishments.
