Established in 2008. Eye Care Specialists was originally founded by Dr. James Patten (now retired) over 30 years ago. We pride ourselves in being a leader in comprehensive eye care for the MetroWest region of Massachusetts. Frangieh took over the practice in 2008 and has performed thousands of successful refractive procedures. He is recognized by his peers and the medical community as a leader in his field.
