Fallbrook Skilled Nursing Facility

Established in 1975.Known initially as Fallbrook Convalescent Home, and now for almost two decades as Fallbrook Skilled Nursing, the facility has assisted in caring for and strengthening residents. After a hospital event many people need continuing nursing services to help them recover fully. A complete rehabilitation program including Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy provides award-winning results for optimal recovery. Delicious food with fresh ingredients and fabulous recipes are prepared in-house for each meal, each day.
