Our full-service retail market specializes in all cuts of beef and pork. Any steak or piece of white meat that your heart desires, we carry! We also carry a wide variety of specialty products including beef short ribs and homemade hogs head cheese. Our sausage is the most popular of our products and is our proudest achievement. We hand make 10 different varieties of sausage which we sell in our market.
