Ferrill Construction

David is a building contractor (CBC 051280) with over 25 years building experience in the Tampa area. He has experience in commercial development, new home construction, townhome development, and historical renovation (including all of the historical regulations involved). Heather is a building contractor (CBC 1259065) and has been with Ferrill Construction full time since 2003. She brings management experience and organization to the team and is drawn to the process of construction, the exploration of different building materials, the different types of architectural styles and the “green” aspects of construction.
