I provide customized massage therapy to meet the need of each client during every session. Stress is the leading cause of most dis-ease in our culture. Feeling balanced in mind & body is fundamental in living a life of wellness.I practice my trade with three consistent beliefs, 1. Massage and bodywork has something to offer everyone. 2. That massage can be utilized to enhance everyday life. 3. That every-body is unique and has differing needs each session.Each session starts with a thorough intake and assessment of the client's needs for that session. This includes a brief medical history, discussion of needs and objectives, and together with my clients we create a treatment plan and goals for that session and beyond. Post session includes a follow up of the treatment provided, recommendations for future treatment and some helpful self-care tips for my clients to bring home and use independently and in between sessions.Because all sessions are customized you will receive integrate work from a combination of Swedish, Connective Tissue Therapy, Neuro- Muscular Therapy, and Hydrotherapy.
