Fitness One

Here at Fitness One, our main focus is you. We strive to give you the best membership experience there is to offer. We specialize in providing fitness options for all fitness levels. We have over 80 group fitness classes through out the week, a fully stocked weight room with hammer strength machines, cable machines, squat racks, assisted smith, and dumbbells from 3lbs - 120lbs. There are Precor Treadmils, AMTS, ellipticals, stair steppers, bikes, and rowing machines. Free Kids Klub with some fun staff watching the children. And of course the gorgeous nature trail and indoor heated pool - with a steam room and sauna.
