Fleurtacious Designs was founded by owner Kris Ann Elario in 2003. She was bit by the floral bug as a young adult, and chased that passion to SUNY Cobleskill where she received a degree in Plant Science and Floriculture. Kris Ann is a mother, wife, & lover of her two French Bulldogs Lexie & Pixel! (Who will likely greet you when you visit!) As a owner and head designer, Kris Ann brings her modern style and design approach into the Fleurtacious Designs brand. The "Fleurts" staff is dedicated to creating exquisite, hand-crafted designs that will take your breath away.
