Established in 2015. Hey there, My name is Edouard Gilles, personal trainer and founder behind FLEX FP. After playing 7 Sports and running 10 miles a day trying to make it to the olympics, I discovered the passion I had to excel. I want to tell you that you have that same passion within you and you do not need a gym to find that passion, you need the right mindset. I realized that not everyone wants to be in a gym when we already have gyms in our apartment complexes , when we have beautiful parks evrywhere so I created a movement to help you get in shape anywhere.
