Flex Fitness is a traveling personal training business ran by Kate Maudlin. Kate is a certified personal trainer with over 15 years experience training a wide variety of clientele. She specializes in group fitness, rehabilitation training, performance enhancement and weight management. Fit Camp groups are designed for all fitness levels and abilities. Training in a group setting allows for friendly competition, a chance to meet new peers, and a chance to set yourself apart. Fit Camp is designed to do the nearly impossible, build muscle while burning fat. We incorporate anaerobic exercise and aerobic. Doing so allows for strong muscles and an efficient heart and lungs. We avoid exercise plateaus by switching up our locations.
