Flex Yoga is a Power Vinyasa Flow Studio located in a beautifully renovated historic building in downtown Wooster. We offer classes, workshops and trainings in Yoga, Barre and Aerial Yoga. Our main studio space is located on the second floor and is filled with natural light, plenty of space, and highly qualified, trained instructors to help guide you through your practice
