About 30 years ago, MJ Zimmer's sister made her a stained glass window that said "MJ's Place." MJ decided right then and there that if she ever had a creative business, it would be called "MJ's Place." Today that business exists between Carbondale and Murphysboro. Owner and Carbondale native, MJ Zimmer, is an independent floral designer specializing in silk and fresh-cut floral; seasonal theme and party decorating; unique decorating for your home, office, storefront, wedding or special event.
