Fluid Life Pilates studio is owned and operated by Jamie Isaac, a leading Pilates expert. As well as being a certified Master Pilates Instructor, he has also led trainings and workshops for studios nationally, as they prepare to reopen. As well as the studio space, we have small group classes available on our outside deck, with ocean vistas and social distancing measures.
