Facilities Maintenance Network (FMN) Services is a family-owned and operated company that has been fulfilling the custodial and related cleaning service needs of local healthcare facilities and other companies for 35 years. Our story began with one man’s vision to create a company that was inspired by his forefathers’ traditions and a desire to make his own path in the commercial cleaning industry. In 1979, after working in partnership with his father and brothers for over twenty years, Richard A. DeLuca Sr. founded FMN Services, Inc. His son, Richard Jr., joined the family business in 1982. Working after school and during summers, Richard Jr. learned firsthand from his father how good, honest, hard work and collaboration, as well as a commitment to customer satisfaction, continued to provide opportunity for his family to grow their business and develop lasting relationships with customers.
