Force of One Kenpo is a blend of Chinese & American Kenpo Karate forged from over 30 yrs. of Martial Arts experience. It is taught to Men, Women and Children (6 yrs. on up). It will help with self-awareness, self-confidence, self-esteem, learn a self-defense system for today's modern times. This will help you prepare today for what could happen tomorrow !
