Founded by chef-owners Jaron Blosser, Cody Christopher and Travis Morrin in 2016, Fork & Salad (F&S) is their second restaurant concept; the first being Three's Bar and Grill in Kihei, Maui. F&S is a fast-casual salad eatery, specializing in build-your-own salads, sandwiches, soups, fresh juices, kombucha and coffee made in three minutes or less. All of F&S's produce is sourced from Maui and Hawai'i. Their vision is to expand the farm-to-table movement to all parts of Hawai'i and to make it quicker, more convenient, and more accessible to all consumers, while supporting the local economy. Most recently, F&S won "Best New Maui Restaurant," by Maui Time reader's and the prestigious "Friends of Agriculture Award," from the Maui Farmer's Bureau.
