Fountain Community Healthcare Services

We provide private-duty home care at a very professional level. Fountain Community Healthcare Services is founded and operated by a medical doctor, Stephen Kponyoh, MD. All routine assessments are conducted by a registered nurse, and a registered nurse supervises and trains all caregivers. From our offices in Georgetown, KY, we send nursing assistants, home care aides, homemakers, and companions to the residences of our clients. Our services are also available in additional locations such as to provide additional support during travel, hospital visits, or nursing home stays.
