Freedom Pilates Studio

Freedom Pilates Studio is attached to Freedom Physical Therapy in Foxpoint. The studio offers a variety of pilates classes, including beginner, advanced, and post-partum pilates classes. Yoga classes are also available. Private classes are available for individuals, or for groups of four or more, depending on instructor availability.
