Friendly Crossways Retreat Center

Friendly Crossways has been providing unique, rustic affordable events and services for nonprofit groups, family reunions, wedding parties and individual travelers since 1947. Friendly Crossways is surrounded by woods, fields and organic gardens in central Massachusetts apple country, but only 30 miles from downtown Boston. In our renovated New England barn and farmhouse, guests may stay in private rooms with handmade quilts, or a dorm that was once the hayloft. The kitchen is open to DIY cooks, or our chef can provide meals for groups, using her very locally sourced (backyard garden) produce whenever possible. The meeting space is comfortably furnished with wingback chairs--and wifi.
