FrontLine Service is a 24/7 crisis hotline founded in 1988. The hotline provides intervention services and crisis assessment to the callers. Formerly known as Mental Health Services, it is a nonprofit organization located in Cleveland, Ohio. One of the core issues dealt with by the hotline is suicide prevention for both children and adults for which it holds hands with law enforcement for legal support. The center also addresses callers who are battling issues like overwhelming stress and mental health challenges. The office hopes to end homelessness by providing supportive services and assistance to the homeless. The helpline also helps families and children who have faced trauma and violence, overcome their difficulties by providing intensive clinical services.
