I travel to my clients' homes and bring all the needed equipment to give them a challenging and fun workout at a time that works for their schedules. My clients don't have to worry about the time it takes to get to the gym, traffic, parking, or wait times to use workout equipment. I train most of my clients with High Intensity Interval workouts (HIIT). I believe this is an excellent way to meet your fitness goals whether you're looking to make strength gains or lose weight and build a solid base of fitness. I also work with two unique exercise tools called the RMT Club and the Bosu Elite. The RMT Club is designed to enhance rotational power that improves the performance of golfers, tennis players, and baseball players. Boring and routine workouts are substituted for fun and exciting ones when you train with me! I love working with older adults and keeping them fit. I dial back the intensity with them, choosing instead to focus on gaining and maintaining mobility and rehabilitating past injuries or imbalances. But my overall philosophy is the same for all my clients. I want you moving well and pain free.
