Established in 2013. Fuentes Counseling Services takes a holistic approach when possible, and subscribes primarily to cognitive-behavioral techniques which are educational, in that you are taught new ways to view your learning process, develop new perspectives about education and practice more effective ways to change your behaviors, cognition's, and emotions. Debra is trained in heart-centered hypnotherapy techniques and intertwines the traditional talk therapy with hypnotherapy and mindfulness techniques to help you cope with Depression, Anxiety, Addiction, and many other disorders. It's through this process she guides you to help you find your inner strength and restore hope and purpose in your life.
