Fukusuke is a Japanese restaurant created by talented Chef Kazuo Ikeda. We are specializing in ramen, sushi, curry and izakaya appetizers. Our signature ramen noodle soup is freshly prepared by slow cooking chicken bones, pork bones, select vegetables and fishes to create the perfect balance of richness and flavor. We serve traditional ramen such as Shio, Shoyu, Miso, and Tonkotsu, as well as fusion ramen such as our signature California ramen (Shoyu broth with a hint of Yuzu Lemon Zest and Caramelized Shredded Chashu Pork as its topping)
