Fulfillment Counseling

Individual and family counseling offered both in-person and online to adults. Walk + Talk sessions available for those who wish to facilitate the therapy process coupled with the movement of walking in scenic, Colorado Springs. AcuDetox is available, which is a 5-point auricular (ear) acupuncture treatment designed to address a number of mental health concerns (i.e. insomnia, cravings, detoxing, anxiety, etc.). Clinical areas of expertise include: psychosis (schizophrenia, schizoaffective), personality disorders, mood disorders (anxiety/ depression, bipolar), and general life transitions and struggles.
