Gardens CrossFit

Gardens CrossFit is the only CrossFit facility in the Palm Beach Gardens. This is not a typical gym. There are no mirrors and no machines, except you. Our members are our family and community. We are not another keycard to have on your keychain. We are passionate about exercising dirty and eating clean! Your goals are of the utmost importance to us. We can challenge you like no other program and will help you reach your max potential. Our class sizes are limited to help you get the most from our program.
