Established in 1991. Our Founder, Doug Gardner, began working in the Construction and Building Industries from a young age, working first in Warren, MI and stretching as far as Chicago, Ill. He has worked in practically all aspects of home construction and improvement during his over 40 years of experience. The president of Gardner Builders, Inc. has been Lori Gardner since the first day of work, and has been a cornerstone that the company and clients have always depended on. Since Gardner Builders, Inc. was founded, Doug has grown a loyal client base with referrals propelling the company into the 2010's and allowing us to survive the rough economic times which started in 2006. Doug and Lori's sons, David and Chris, joined the company after studying at Western Michigan University. They have brought new energy and technology into the company and new business knowledge to continue on the company's beliefs of quality work, personalized service, and fairness through business.
