Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) is required with other documentation when disposing to determine the hazardous levels and validation of waste type. If client doesn't have the actual MSDS required for proper disposal then further investigating is required before removel by taking actual samples with extreme care from the site then send the samples to certified lab to determine results to insure proper handling.
