Olivier Horville, the owner and founder of Georgia French Bakery, opened the establishment in 1999 and takes pride in pursuing his passion of creating quality, fresh, authentic French pastries. With previous experiences of working under large, French culinary corporations, Olivier decided to open his own establishment that brings an authentic taste of France to the local neighborhood.
