Gillie's Seafood & Soul

Roadside Seafood, a southern seafood inspired food truck in 2012. It quickly became so popular and successful that in 2014, he rolled that into a brick & mortar location. In 2016, he opened Blues Cajun Kitchen, specializing in New Orleans style seafood along with delicious, juicy burgers. The following year, Sean was chosen by the governor of South Carolina as a 2017 South Carolina Chef Ambassador, and opened Gillie’s Seafood & Soul, highlighting family recipes and paying homage to where he learned his passion for cooking great food.
