Gino’s Italian Restaurant

Gino Minardi was born and raised in the coastal town of Gela, Italy which is located in the province of Caltanisetta. He came to America in 1957 and settled in Brooklyn, New York. Much of his time was spent working in a local Italian bakery, which is where Gino met Angela. They settled in New Jersey where they opened their first Italian American bakery/pizzeria.
