Gracie Jiu-Jitsu is the worlds most effective and complete method of self defense. It is designed for a smaller person defending against being assaulted by a larger, stronger attacker utilizing leverage and intelligence to defend, submit or escape the attacker. It is designed to work for people of all ages and all walks of life. Our student base ranges from age 6 to 60, it's never too early or too late to start your journey.
