John, the owner has been installing floors for over 26 years and is certified in hardwood, laminate, sheet vinyl, and luxury vinyl tile, and ceramic/porcelain tile installations. His attention to detail is second to none. Rose Marie works in the showroom and has been in the floor covering industry since 1970. Her experience in flooring is something no one can compare to. Rose Marie was the owner of The Carpet Store in the Berlin Mart for 22 years and we are happy to add her to our knowledgeable staff. Her goal is, and always has been, customer service.
